Sarah is the owner and founder of Metrowest Gymnastics. She has over 10 years coaching experience, and was captain of her high school’s varsity gymnastics team. She is the assistant coach of the Marlborough HS gymnastics team.

Diane has been coaching the Under 6 program for over 7 years. She is a proud mom of 3.

Katie is a previous competitive all star cheerleader and currently coaches for Cheer Excitement Stars.

James is a Marlborough High School alumnus and competed on their varsity gymnastics team.

Shanna was a USA competitive gymnast and is a current member of her high school’s varsity gymnastics team. She has been training with us for 10 years.

Raphaela is a previous team gymnast and has been with us for 9 years.

Tommy has over 30 years coaching experience. He is currently head coach of the Marlborough HS gymnastics team. He is a former captain & MVP of the UMass men’s gymnastics team. He is a recipient of the National High School Coaches Association award.

Cathy has over 20 years coaching experience. She was a competitive member of the Sacramento State gymnastics team in California.

Bob has over 20 years experience coaching, and was a competitive member of his college gymnastics team.

Bella is a Marlborough High School alumna and competed on their varsity gymnastics team. She is a certified preschool teacher, and has been coaching gymnastics for over 10 years.

Courtney was a USA level 8 gymnast and competed on her Framingham High School’s varsity gymnastics team. She has been with us for 8 years.
